well ive decided to focus a lot more on my fitness and ive stumbled upon running. running is a good way to lose weight and feel healthy. i can recall the times when i dreaded running a mile during PE in junior high and high school. it was more of a chore than for my health. but now that im older and more mature it's more of a necessity. a lot of people in our society are obese and unhealthy. i surely DO NOT want to be like. i think its important to at least exercise or engage in physical activity in a regular basis.
so far ive been running a lot for the past two months either on the treadmill at the gym or outside. i noticed that i slimmed down a bit. since i have the nike plus gadget for my ipod i can compare my mileage, pace, etc. this blog will be more of a journal of my runs and events i plan on attending.
2008 is a great year for being fit and healthy.
