Everyones weight seems to fluctuate from time to time... If you don't work out for a while and not monitor your diet your weight goes up. This trend is usually what happens to a lot of people. Last year when I started running program I was around 163 lbs before I started... A few months of dedicated running and training I was able to drop down to 155... Which is amazing. I slacked off during the winter and spring and gained back the weight... I was really disappointed and wanted to do something about it again. So I committed myself to running more often.
I think with the temperature change and time change affected my running schedule. Hopefully, this year I will continue my training. I have several goals to accomplish, one of them being running a 1/2 marathon and maybe a marathon? A cool thing about running these marathon is that you get a really cool medal... I think having these goals will help me maintain my weight and increase my motivation to run.
